Truffle crisps are artisan-crafted, crunchy crisps made with black summer truffles. Our small batch crackers use all of the truffles we could fit into one bite-sized little package. the crisps are made in small batches to preserve their authentic flavor and signature seasoning. Serve as an easy appetizer, enjoy on a salad, mix into soup, or simply eat them straight out of the bag!

Gluten Free Truffle Pasta is a dried pasta made in Italy, by master pasta makers, using local grains (corn and rice flour), and infused with dried summer truffles. This package creates a luxurious, decadent dish, which is also gluten-free (and guilt free!) that can be made at home.

Dried porcini mushrooms provide an intense meaty richness of flavor.

Cooking instructions: soften dried mushrooms in a bowl of hot water for about 20 minutes. When tender, drain, rinse and prepare. You can reserve the flavorful liquid for cooking. Dried porcinis can also be blended into a powder and used for seasoning. Incorporate these mushrooms into a variety of preparations for meat, risotto, sauce and soup.
